Our client needed a robust, scalable, and convenient B2B print-on-demand platform built for engraved products. Previously, the process of manually synchronizing, reviewing, and processing each single order took more than 20 minutes, severely reducing scalability. A major business objective was providing marketplace sellers and their customers a fast, realistic product preview directly in the browser, an intricate technical challenge due to engraving complexity. Additionally, the platform needed simple experience and near logistics integrations, allowing the client’s customers to smoothly design, preview, manage, and fulfill custom orders. Importantly, the solution had to handle traffic peaks during holiday sales like Black Friday without server performance drops or data inconsistencies, all maintaining a cost-effective infrastructure.
